    Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Artisan reserves the right to cancel the order with an appropriate lead time. The performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete the Agreement. It is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control. Sometimes, things are out of our control.

    Care and Handling

    We are not responsible for any damage to your custom order after it has left our hands. You are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for your custom order.

    Fulfillment

    All fulfillment details will be worked out before purchase and are included in the total purchase price.

    Photography and Marketing

    We reserve the right to use photos and videos of your order at our discretion without compensation.

    Payment

    Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All sales are final.

  • ORDERS:  

    Minimum 2 weeks' notice is Required! Orders placed under 2 weeks will be rejected if not confirmed with me.  

    Around holidays, 3 weeks' notice is required. This is to help me serve you better and ensure I can get your order ready for delivery or pickup on time.  

    CANCELLATION POLICY:  

    Orders must be cancelled 7 days before the event or deposits and full payments will be non-refundable.
